Independence Rock
Independence Rock, Wyoming
One of the most famous and important rocks in the country, Independence Rock. It was a stop for my travelers during the 1800s as they made their way across the country to live in the west. They tried to make it to Independence Rock by July 4th. You can still read some of the names and dates that people engraved when making it here.
