You're viewing the original Hometown Invasion Tour website as it appeared in 2006/07. At the time, a site built with tables and flash was commonplace. A few backend changes were made to keep the site functioning, but it appears just as it did 16 years ago.

Pee Dee Kisses Rice

Pee Dee Kisses Rice

Nebraska City, Nebraska

Jeanna and I headed to the Lewis and Clark Center in Nebraska City to learn a little about what it was like to travel cross country in a different era. Well, Pee Dee is the highlight of the center and was eager to meet Rice. Actually, we had a hard time keeping him in his cage.

Thanks for setting us straight. Some 4th graders in my class had bets on what it was. Some thought it was a squirrel and some thought it was a ground hog. No money actually changed hands, this is an elementary school after all.
