Breckenridge's First Street Performer

This was my third time in Breckenridge, but my first time seeing a street performer there, or whatever this fellow was doing. He was just standing on a very random street corner not even in a busy area, just spinning in circles as the sun reflected off of everything. Maybe we were the butt of the joke somehow, maybe there was some guy with a video camera in the trees seeing how people respond. But he walked off a few seconds after snapping this.
