-Bugsy You're viewing the original Hometown Invasion Tour website as it appeared in 2006/07. At the time, a site built with tables and flash was commonplace. A few backend changes were made to keep the site functioning, but it appears just as it did 16 years ago. See what I've been up to for the last 16 years at www.bugsy.me |

Statistics #1Sunday, Nov 5, 2006 from Spokane, WashingtonI’m reaching some of the first milestones on the trip. There are over 100 blogs and 500 photos on the site. I’ve been on the road for 57 days since I’ve left Baraga and have traveled about 6,000 miles in that time. I’ve completed stays in 9 states. The first leg of the trip is almost over. What I’m most excited about and can’t wait to see is the ocean! I’m almost to the west coast! I’ve made it all the way to Washington. Considering all I’ve done so far let’s take a look at some of the averages and estimates for content on the trip. I love statistics, and if something can be quantified I usually don’t pass it up. These are the stats through the first 9 states since I left Baraga on September 8th. 75 blogs, 533 photos, 5944 miles, and 9 states in 57 days. Blogs: Photos: Miles: There have been dozens of new friends, 100s of e-mails, dozens of news articles, hundreds of stares while driving, and there are more memories and thoughts than my blog and photos can keep up with. My brain is constantly turning on this trip. I’ll need to turn my head in for one that can hold a larger brain pretty soon between all the memories, learning, and the day to day things I take in. *This estimate will come down I’m sure, I took hundreds with the Boise crew that inflated the average. However, these are just what I put online. There are thousands of more photos on my computer.
