-Bugsy You're viewing the original Hometown Invasion Tour website as it appeared in 2006/07. At the time, a site built with tables and flash was commonplace. A few backend changes were made to keep the site functioning, but it appears just as it did 16 years ago. See what I've been up to for the last 16 years at www.bugsy.me |

The Inevitable StormFriday, Jan 5, 2007 from Payson, UtahFor a long time I knew I was going to be driving through Utah during the middle of winter. That means lots of snow, big storms, just like home in Michigan. I was ready for it, anticipating it, and it came along tonight. Oh well, it happens, I’m crashing at a hotel for the night. In only about 10 miles or less I believe I counted 7 or 8 cars in the ditch, two that were rollovers. With all the traffic and not even to the worst part of the storm yet, I figured I would be wise and cautious. I’m in Payson, about 90 miles south of Ogden, Utah which is where I was hoping to get tonight. But it won’t change any plans. And I can relax, relax, relax! I don’t have to answer to anyone tonight. I’ll catch up on a few things as well. There is one other problem with the snow, it creates a huge desire to go snowboarding. I won’t let myself leave this region without a little riding. So now I can lay back and watch some Michigan State basketball. Go green! |
