Restless Again

I’m restless again. I’m sleeping less at night. I’m rolling around in bed. I can’t concentrate on thoughts. My mind is all over the place. I’m having all the same feelings as when I left on this trip. I remember hardly getting any sleep the night I left. I was full of excitement of how I took this huge dream and put it forward into reality. Now I am full of excitement of how I took this huge dream and am VERY close to accomplishing it.

The drive today was very similar to my first drive of the trip when I headed to my first host in Milwaukee. Maybe not all that similar, but it did rain almost the entire way and as I drive around in this area I’m reminded of the Midwest, with more farms and corn in sight, and maybe just the air seems more familiar. Most of all, it must have been the excitement of the drive. I was hopping all over the place, or as much as you can while sitting in a car driving. As restless and anxious as can be.

Why? 45 STATES! 45!!! That’s a lot of states. It has come a long ways. Everything is moving very fast at this point and I’m anxious for what’s around the corner. As I’ve said before… I’m nearing the end of the tunnel, but the light is still off on the other side. In other words, I don’t know what’s around the corner in my near future and the last quarter of 2007, but I’m really excited about it.
