-Bugsy You're viewing the original Hometown Invasion Tour website as it appeared in 2006/07. At the time, a site built with tables and flash was commonplace. A few backend changes were made to keep the site functioning, but it appears just as it did 16 years ago. See what I've been up to for the last 16 years at www.bugsy.me |

Setting SailTuesday, Sep 26, 2006 from White Bear Lake, MinnesotaI’m a Sailor. I guess I’m not really a sailor though. How much of a sailor can you really be on a pontoon boat anyways? I’m not a sailor by trade but a Sailor by heart and family. Anyways… the story is that tonight the family took me out on a pontoon ride around White Bear Lake. It was another perfect day as we enjoyed the sun and breeze in the middle of the lake. I think doing something like this really shows the dynamics of the family. Hanging out with the four of them is great. They make great company and I really enjoy being around the youth of Emily and Anna. It’s great to spend time with different age people. It was a casual ride with conversation and laughter. The highlight probably was pulling up close to a bald eagle nest, a huge nest. The mother was there and appeared to be feeding her young. We got as close as possible and I was able to snap a few shots. The bottom line is they are such impressive birds with their size and elegance. Once again… as I go on this United States adventure it’s only right that I see one. The bald eagle is another great icon of our country. |
