-Bugsy You're viewing the original Hometown Invasion Tour website as it appeared in 2006/07. At the time, a site built with tables and flash was commonplace. A few backend changes were made to keep the site functioning, but it appears just as it did 16 years ago. See what I've been up to for the last 16 years at www.bugsy.me |

A Letter From RiceFriday, Sep 7, 2007 from Chicago, IllinoisWow, Bugsy and I did it. Well mostly him, he just brought me along for the ride and I didn’t have much of a say. Heck, I never even got to meet any other squirrels, not any live squirrels anyways. Just a stuffed dead squirrel and one stuffed animal. I guess I can’t say too much for being a fake plastic squirrel myself. Bugsy, thank you for making this trip what it was. I would have never imagined all these people wanting to take photos of me and asking for my autograph. Just this last week I had GQ magazine call to schedule a photo shoot and now People magazine for their “sexiest fake animal bachelor” issue. I have to say that at times you didn’t treat me well Bugsy. At first I got to look over the Invasion Mobile and sit on the dashboard and look out on the open road. But after a few sharp turns and flying off the dash board I had a chip taken out of my ear and even had to go to the animal doctor once in Houston. For most of the trip you just put me in your camera bag, but because of it I got to expand my modeling portfolio and see all the sites, rather than being left in the car. However, there are a few people you should have introduced me to that you never did! You took pretty good care of me Bugsy. We had a pretty wild year and I got to try a lot of new things I never have before. I have to say the best part was meeting all the elementary kids while you were a guest speaker, so sign up to do more of those! It was hard to leave Jen, Erin, and Cindy, but without your ambitions I would have never become the first squirrel to travel to all 50 states. Thank you my friend, and I look forward to a great last week on the road. Your friend, |
