You're viewing the original Hometown Invasion Tour website as it appeared when launched in 2006. Back then, a site built with tables and flash was commonplace. A few changes were made, but it appears as it did eleven years ago. A modern and responsive version is in the works.

Making a Christmas list has been a personal tradition of mine for as long as I can remember. It’s something I always have to do. Mostly it’s just for my own enjoyment to dream, but if I don’t share it with anyone else what’s the point of making it. But since I don’t really have a place for Santa to pick up my list, I have to post it online, that’s the easiest way for Santa to find it now.
Gas money Gas cards Gift cards To hear from as many people as possible To have a huge list of hosts for the next several months
Yup, that’s what i need to complete my trip. That’s the end of my christmas list.
…but here’s everything else that I just think is really cool
A really big gift certificate to have hundreds of photos printed, 4x6s that i can bring and show people on the road
Books: “Walk Across America” by Peter Jenkins “Travels with Charlie” by John Steinbeck “On the Road” by Jack Kerouac “Blue Highways” by William Least Heat-Moon Photography books

I'll be believing with you for a great family to hang with during Christmas! Don't get discouraged- You'll get there! I so enjoy your reports and blogs, but mostly I think it's so cool that you could have a dream and accomplish it- and take us along for your journey! Thanks!
